O2 Environmental welcomes the newest member of its Technology Assessment Group (TAG), Dr. Michael Mickley. Dr. Mickley brings over 45 years of water technology experience, particularly in the area of desalination technology with a focus on concentrate/brine management.
As a new TAG member, Dr. Mickley will serve as a consultant on desalination technologies, assisting in O2 Environmental research and strategies, etc. as needed and serving as an unrivalled resource on desalination technology to the O2 Environmental team.

Michael is widely regarded as a renowned authority in this area with a long list of publications for various groups including the WateReuse Association. This will strengthen and bolster our coverage of in the areas of unconventional fossil fuels and water reuse,” says Paul O’Callaghan, CEO, O2 Environmental.
In previous positions, Dr. Mickley worked as consultant to major engineering companies for site-specific evaluations of disposal options and, through international efforts, addressed challenges in Oman, U.A.E., South Africa and Australia involving ZLD processing with associated salt recovery.
